Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for user experience and interface design, and will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly designs across our digital platforms.
 Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into wireframes and prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to optimize user experiences.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
